Been trying to contact him for weeks. My condition is worsening and I was supposed to get meds. Call center is no help, I message on my chart and I don’t get a response, and I email the assistant and never hear back. I’m at the ER at this moment for something that could’ve likely been avoided.
We like him. Parking is fairly easy, especially for people in wheelchairs (many hospitals make it difficult to impossible for older people. As in: parking is too narrow to use a wheelchair; can't get the door open wide enough, or the blood draw room is WAAAAY over there from where you could park...even at 8:30 am, and it's CLEARLY people who work there, as we're the only patients. looking at YOU, Gottleib.
