I called Mr. Smith’s office a couple of times, and left voicemails -no response. I finally was able to speak to someone who gave me an appointment for today at 3 pm and stated Mr. Smith would be calling me. He also stated he would be sending me an email that needed to be completed and returned to the office via email, so Mr. Smith could have a better idea of what legal assistance I was requesting. Review for Mark Lee Smith PA: I called the office midweek and left a voicemail but never received a callback. On Friday, after work, I went in person and was met with a very rude front desk secretary. She refused to let me schedule an appointment, saying there were already people in the office. I understand that the lawyer may have been busy with appointments, but the front desk staff should still be available to help clients schedule their appointments, especially during office hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. There was plenty of ... read more

Horrible experience for small claims court nothing was explained he gave false hope and then appeared in court and did absolutely nothing didn’t even speak other than his name. We would have been in the same position without him at all. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I am usually nervous when I speak to lawyers just because it’s serious business. However, I really appreciate Mr. Smith and his friendliness and his advice and understanding. The whole staff is amazing. The ladies are really professional, empathetic, and they know their stuff. Very thorough conversations were had at our meeting. I will always choose them for any needs I have and Mr. Smith is my go to attorney. They will be handling all my legal affairs going forward.
