Dr Craft is thorough which most docs nowdays are not. You feel welcome when you enter the building. Staff is friendly. I have a hard time liking medical staff but I feel I may have finally found a medical practice I like. I was called back at my exact appointment time and didn’t have to wait long past appointment times like most places. Dr Craft listens as well which is huge plus. I would definitely recommend his office and I’m a hard sell
Doctors office does not return phone calls and when you finally get a hold of someone, they tell you the 72 hour process you initiated 3 days ago is being resubmitted to the doctor and will take 24 to 48 hours to complete. Been out of my meds for days and this doctor/office DOES NOT CARE.
New dr as of July of this year called 5x this week for refill for glucometer testvstrips, was told by supervisors that it will be done or was done just talked to pharmacy AGAIN and still has not received scrip, call another med in wrong pharmacy .......way to go I would NOT RECOMMEND this facility to anyone, needless to say we will be getting another dr
Nurse Robin is amazing. I’ve been very under the weather for the past couple of weeks starting on June 20. By June 27 I had to call Dr Craft to get some kind of relief. Unfortunately he was either very busy or the message didn’t reach him he isn’t in the office on Fridays so I then had to wait til Monday July 1st when I called again and finally ANGEL Robin oh my word. She was able to get hold of Dr Craft very late in the day after he had already left the office and I got a prescription for nausea. She needs an award. She wen... read more
