Great Doctor easy to talk to and give you a clear understanding of medical needs
I went to Dr. Le for the first time today. I was very happy with the whole experience. He did not rush me through the appointment. He actually really listened to me !! His nurse that helped him and took my blood was very gentle and had a great comforting personality. The front office team also took good care of my referrals and such and they were very nice !! I highly recommend the office of Dr. Le. (My husband went to him first and liked him a lot ). He referred me to him.
Do not use this office! All they care about is money and they will do anything to get more money out of you. The office staff have no customer service skills and do not care about people. They have no problem cursing you out or hanging up on you. Especially Blanca. I strongly believe they are not following best practice guidelines or insurance policies appropriately. People in healthcare are supposed to genuinely care about the well-being of others physically, mentally, and emotionally. They do not! If I could give zero star... read more
Forget coming to this doctors office at all, his staff is extremely rude and always have been, when you call they immediately put you on hold without even saying anything to you at all. I tried to make an appointment to give this place one last chance but I was hung up on, and when I called back was given an extreme attitude. They are even worse when you go in to the office, none of them want to be there and you can tell, it is not a welcoming place at all.
Don’t come here because they treated patients like viruses when you told you just have like little cough and you have appointment they told go wait in the car. I don’t what is doctor for?!? And I been to different around tomball all of them are like that.
