Customer service was not as I would expect and prices are higher compared to other photography studios.
The photographs of my granddaughter turned out absolutely amazing. Lisa, her photographer, had her laughing the entire time and her smile came out beautiful. The ladies at the front desk were especially welcoming and nice, and helped me navigate the building as I have trouble getting around. The portraits are worth every penny. Photography and running a business is an art, people sure don't realize it until they have done it themselves! I applaud the employees at Mark Lawrence for their hard and dedicated work. Zero customer service company. My kid took school picture from them, and I pre ordered and paid the picture online, but they never send me proof picture until I asked via email. They responded me the link and password but linked me to the picture with watermark. I asked for the download without watermark because I paid $50 for digital picture, no one respond to me anymore. So I ended up with waste of $50 and lose of my kid’s school picture for that year! I am so sad that this company is still doing business with school this ... read more
