The care and attention the staff have paid to my 94 year old father since his stroke, is above and beyond. Heartfelt thanks from him and his daughter. Good to know he is in good hands .
I highly recommend the clinic’s services! The staff made me feel truly welcomed from the very first phone call, they were extremely attentive, patient, and caring. The in-person reception was amazing, and both the professional who performed my audiometric exam and the specialist who explained the hearing aid options were outstanding!! Excellent professionals and wonderful people. I was pleased with the service and support I received, feeling well-cared for, confident, and very happy. I am definitely becoming a loyal client!!
Never any pressure to purchase or service my hearing aids. This is the third set in more than 20 years and completely satisfied with the units, the most pleasant atmosphere and friendly personnel. . Price for all is competitive and well worth it.
