Never any pressure to purchase or service my hearing aids. This is the third set in more than 20 years and completely satisfied with the units, the most pleasant atmosphere and friendly personnel. . Price for all is competitive and well worth it.

I purchased hearing aids from Lachance in December 2023, and until recently, I have been quite pleased with their level of customer service. However, my positive attitude towards this company has now significantly diminished. I phoned Lachance Monday morning, June 16, 2025, to inform them that I had lost my left hearing aid. I urgently needed to know next steps.
