I moved here from my previous audiologist and what a great move. I am not a easy client due to problems with molds but Celine has been so patient and helpful even after many mold changes. She still greets me with a smile and the staff always have a welcoming word.
I have been a client for several years. Lachance offers a wonderful, spacious and friendly environment. They call regulars by their first names. The staff of have always been compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. They are also very fair in their pricing. I just transferred my mother from another audiologist because I saw a huge difference in the quality of care. They were patient and kind with her and they took the time to explain things a few times. I can’t get over the wonderful help that your receptionist Fatima Saker gave me.. she has always been welcoming and kind but she went above and beyond her receptionist duty. She was able to reset the app and patiently showed me how to use it. I was leaving town and was in trouble. She was so kind and understanding.
