Terrible!!! Makes determinations regarding people without actually meeting them or examining them. Decisions made based on other doctor's input.... though not very well at interpreting. He has a bad comprehension skillset. ie. can't walk a mile in someone else's shoes to feel their pain, anxiety, etc.
