Even though I was there about three hours, it was time well spent, since I had several scans done prior to seeing the doctor. Dr. Stewart explained the results of the tests, and told me what to look for to prevent further problems. He was very friendly and reassuring.
Always takes 2 to 3 hours to be done. Alot of patients are complaining about how long it takes to see the doctor. Tía always the same thing. Doesnt change a bit have been going for decades and seems worse every time.
When you pack 29 people in one building and 75 percent of them are elderly the building should offer more then one lobby bathroom. It’s ridiculous anyone should have to wait in a line to use the bathroom. When I asked the not so pleasant ladies if I could use the bathroom in the back they almost said no until I was persistent it really wasn’t an option, she came back and said there was a line in front of that one also !! Do better eye center
So professional from setting appointment to final exam by staff and doctors. Communication and procedures are 5 star. Highly recommend Dr Mayo for any eye procedure. Dr. Pham who saw me multiple times is absolutely the best. Explains things in a way I could understand and always answered my many questions at each appointment !
Very thorough with testing and Dr. Bell was clear and explained everything. Another good experience
