Dr Kadden has been my gastroenterologist for several years and I really like him but unfortunately his office staff is awful. Numerous times my infusions have been cancelled or delayed because the medical assistant did not do the necessary paperwork and pre authorizations. It has been a nightmare. I will be changing doctors to avoid future problems.
HE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST DOCTOR.
Dr. Kadden has been my gastroenterologist for the past 16 years. I like and trust him. Sadly, I have now switched physicians because my experience with his office staff was awful. The worst I have ever experienced. It took me one month to schedule my procedure. The procedure was then booked three months in advance for the earliest appointment.
