Mr. Hayes did an excellent job on a complicated estate matter that went to the NC Court of Appeals. My original attorney and I hired him with short notice and he was able to deliver a victory with all three judges. By far the best money I’ve spent on a lawyer. I can’t say enough good things about how professional, confident, and knowledgeable he is. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Mark L. Hayes excels at appeals and I highly recommend his firm. He won a precedent-setting appeal for me on a topic that has never really been addressed before. He then proceeded to win a remand hearing ordering my beloved dog Spike be returned to me by the thief who stole him 2 years ago. Again, I cannot write enough on this limited platform, but suffice to say he's the best at appellate law.
