Mark L. Hayes excels at appeals and I highly recommend his firm. He won a precedent-setting appeal for me on a topic that has never really been addressed before. He then proceeded to win a remand hearing ordering my beloved dog Spike be returned to me by the thief who stole him 2 years ago. Again, I cannot write enough on this limited platform, but suffice to say he's the best at appellate law.

Mr Hayes was referred by another attorney that I had used that was unable to help in my case. Mr. Hayes was honest and upfront on the costs of representation versus the amount being asked for against me. His fee structure was fair and I found him to be uniquely responsive in returning calls and emails, which I have heard is a common complaint against many attorneys in not returning calls promptly. My first time using an appellate attorney He was accurate with his time line for when things would happen during the appeal. He met his deadlines for when he said things would be ready. The case law he cited for the appeal was dead on point. The appeal was successful and resulted in a unanimous decision in my favor.
