I actually won’t be getting a service by Mark and this will confuse a lot of people but this is why I’m giving this review 5 stars. I have a great deal of difficulty expressing my needs when it comes to my hair and things around getting it coloured and cut because I have a genetic condition that effects my entire appearance. Mark really listens. His consultations are thoughtful and it’s clear he cares about achieving your hair goals. I love the one on one service, and also his laid back nature - he’s happy for a friendly chat, or to let you scroll your phone or read a novel. I always leave feeling gorgeous and he’s open to showing you how to maintain the colour at home. Highly recommend

I honestly couldn’t be happier. From the moment I sat in the chair, I felt truly listened to — and the result was exactly what I had envisioned (which almost never happens!). The level of talent and attention to detail from Mark was exceptional; every step was done with such skill and confidence that I knew I was in expert hands. I think i just found my new favourite hairdresser. Thank you.
