I am sorry I do not provided unkind or negative comments/ratings. Though this place is horrible. I think I have been a patient of Dr Greaves for at least 7 yrs. Yes agreed he doesn't spend time with the patient though the staff is horrible from trying to get an appointment to actually at the office very unprofessional. Additionally for the past 7 yrs each year I try to follow up there is always a balance and they send me to collection without even one bill. Good Dr. always was ready to try new approach when symptoms persisted. I had to switch insurances due to loss of job. I called to make an appointment and just would like to state.. please give your scheduling “costumer service” rep better training… I’m my 36 years of life I had never encountered such an confrontational person.. long story short she advised to find a new Dr although my insurance company confirmed I am in network.. thankfully, there is a vast field of health care providers so I took her on her offer and will b... read more
Horrible doctor. Doesn't truly care about his patients. I've been working closely with Dr's for over 15 years- wayyyy better drs out there.
Great experience, Dr.Greaves provided excellent services both in person and via telehealth, I am impressed with his skill and analysis. In addition, I have trusted Dr.Greaves with several routine invasive procedures all of which were successful. Dr Greave’s Nursing staff and Anesthesiologists are excellent, please do not be discouraged by these bad reviews on Google based solely on some person in the practice front desk staff, it does not accurately reflect Dr.Greaves and his medical staff’s HIGH level of skill.
