Absolutely THE worst! Extremely rude doctor and very bad experience. Obviously, didn't read any of my files. Seemed like he was in a big hurry. Left the room without a word. Had to ask the nurse if he was done or even coming back. Very unpleasant and extremely unprofessional. Go elsewhere if you value your health. Do not waste your time here.
Dr. Greeves is extremely professional and always ready to listen. He takes the time to interact and is proactive. The office staff is friendly and helpful.
Horrible office and unprofessional staff. My test was not performed by the doctor but by an extremely rude nurse. Her attitude made it seem like she was doing me a favor rather than simply doing her job. When I asked if the doctor could perform the procedure, she dismissed me and said the doctor does not do that type of test. The entire interaction was uncomfortable and disrespectful. This practice is going from bad to worse. Greaves truly DOES NOT care about his patients. He acts as if he's annoyed by the mere fact that he has to spend time talking with you. He actually keeps canceling in-person appointments because he dislikes seeing people live. He would rather just talk to patients on the phone, dimiss them in 5 minutes and focus only on money-making diagnostic procedures. What a horrible way to treat patients. P.S. I am sorry I do not provided unkind or negative comments/ratings. Though this place is horrible. I think I have been a patient of Dr Greaves for at least 7 yrs. Yes agreed he doesn't spend time with the patient though the staff is horrible from trying to get an appointment to actually at the office very unprofessional. Additionally for the past 7 yrs each year I try to follow up there is always a balance and they send me to collection without even one bill.
