worst KC surgical office staff – Dr. Gerke is a very nice man.However his staff is another thing.2 of his staff members are the most unprofessional women I have ever encountered.His surgical assistand is as rude and obnoxius as they come.And dont even call to re-skedule an appointment ..the woman who does the re-skeduleing is worse!I had a bad encounter with both!They need to take some patient care classes and learn some manners because apparently they were never taught any!!I am appalled by the lack of humanitairian compass... read more
