Great visit ! I really appreciate the clear understanding of my medical issue.
Always professional and courteous
Dr. Knapp was friendly and explained the reason for my referral to a hematologist and asked if I was willing to have the multiple blood tests done. I agreed and was taken to their lab. I was surprised at the large number of tests to be drawn , 24! The young woman that drew my blood was professional and efficient. She was able to draw all 24 specimens quickly and efficiently on the first attempt! Unfortunately I did not get her name but did thank her for doing such a great job!
