Do not schedule a second opinion with Dr. Kissin as you will not get one! First I was advised it was because he didn't have my CT Scans on CDs (I sent the report and signed a release for them to obtain scans on CDs). Then he stated even if he had the scans on CDs his recommendation would still be to consult with my original surgeon again. Very frustrating!! THEY SHOULD NOT ACCEPT SECOND OPINION APPOINTMENTS!!
