He imposes his religious ideologies on his patients. He makes medical recommendations based on theology instead of data driven science and medicine. He's highly unprofessional and treats his patients like customers. When you ask him to explain his diagnosis, he indicates that HE went to medical school, and not his patients, so he doesn't have to explain.
