IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. THEY TOOK MY MONEY FOR MY INSURANCE AND NEVER REINSTATED MY INSURANCE AND TOLD ME THEY ARE SORRY THEY LIED AND I WASN'T COVERED AND I JUST HAVE TO EAT THE MONEY. THEY HAVE PEOPLE WORKING THERE THAT DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING. DEAL WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!! SERIOUSLY!!!!
Paid online on a Friday. The following Wednesday, I get a text saying my policy had been canceled due to non-payment, so I called the number that was included in the text. I explained my situation to the the (grumpy) lady who answered the phone, and offered her my payment confirmation number, but she said she said that was useless because she didn't have any way to look it up, and that I'd have to call the billing department.
