Paid for my daughter's braces in advance. One year prior to completing treatment we moved to Texas. This office now stated that they do not have to refund overpayments. I do not understand how treatment would not be completed until September or October of 2018, all payments were made. Most of the time if you pay in advance that is considered an overpayment if you stop end of December 2017. Do not trust this office if there is any possibility of you transferring to any other orthodontist.
Love everything about this place. Everyone is so friendly, close to my house, and the doctor is great!

I love the staff and how happy and welcoming they all are. My daughter is always excited to go and seems so comfortable there. Mr. McAllister is amazing and I love that he calls to check up on my daughter. You don't get that at other places. I highly recommend this place.
Harnett & Mc Alister is top notch My son and daughter have gone to Dr. Harnett for their braces. They liked the personal treatment and the positive encouragement that they received every visit. The kids were very comfortable with explaining their feelings and problems with the braces. The staff listened and offered solutions that worked. They teach the kids at a level that the kid can work within. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing orthodontia work. Orthodontist This is my son's orthodontist. This office is a fun place for kids to go. They are VERY friendly to the kids and go way beyond the call of duty to make them feel comfortable. They also make sure the parent is always in the loop.
Orthadontist Dr. Mc Alister and his office staff are great. Very friendly and welcoming and they know their stuff. As we looked for an orthadonist we found this office to do the best job in helping us know what exactly our son needed to help get the perfect smile. Our son will have braces for a few more years but so far the experience has been (A=1) for all of us. I would highly recommend this office.
