I called Monday, October 4 for a badly stopped up drain line. I was told they would call back to set up a time. On the 5th at 2 pm after not hearing back from them I called Chris Rinehart. He showed up first thing on the morning of the 6th and did an excellent job. It is now the 13th, 9 days later, and I have still not heard back from Mark Kennedy Plumbing.
