I think the attached photos of our conversation speak volumes. Who tells there clients to over pay the IRS? Who files extensions without notifying the client? I questioned the extension filing and got fired! Asked about my Tax filing a month ago and was told I was in line, April 14 get notified of extension? I was prepared and uploaded everything way ahead of filing deadline.
Bad communications, disappeared on me, went over the deadline without notifying about any extensions, reacted very emotionally and rudely when asked about it. Avoid.
Very unprofessional work ethic and attitude. Mark has had my documents for months and still hasnt completed my returns. I reached out to him for an update he was very unprofessional saying to not call or text him about it and that hes working on them. Now he has told me to find another person for my taxes and that hes blocking my number. Do not hire this company. Ridiculous 🤯
