Mark has done a number of jobs for us now and has always been excellent. The latest job was to work out why the hot water wasn't coming through which he did, replacing parts efficiently and professionally. Thanks Mark!
We had an issue where our boiler decided to explode on a Sunday evening. I messaged mark late at night and he immediately responded and went and got it inspected followed by replacing it in under a week. Great service, top bloke. Look no further, you won’t regret going to mark for your boiler needs
Mark was a friendly yet professional engineer. He was responsive. He was able to diagnose the problem with my boiler and fixed it there and then. He was tidy and respectful of my property.
