Waited almost 1.5 hours just to get our baby into a room, with maybe 4 other people in the waiting room that entire time. Only 2 ahead of us. Dr. Jefferies is a nice guy, but appointment times are just an illusion. Appointment was at 11:30 A.M and At 12:50 P.M we finally got taken to a room. After that we sat in that room until 1:30 for our baby to be seen, which took maybe 5 minutes. Then waited another 20 minutes waiting for vaccines. Doctor Jefferies and the staff have been wonderful. He takes the time during the appointment to listen and understand my concerns. He has been extremely attentive to my needs. He reminds me of how doctors used to treat patients (before we all became cattle in the medical industry). 5 stars!!!
If you have two separate things going on, they won’t allow you to discuss them on the same day. They make you have separate appointments on separate days. Seems like a money grab to me. This is an office policy, which is a shame because I always like the doctor. Leaving this practice after over 10 years. It started when they changed their phone prompt and direct you to the website to schedule an appointment and then you fill out the form on the website and you get an email two days later saying to call for an appointment. Consistently extremely late. Over an hour waiting past appointment time and had to walk away.
I highly recommend Dr. Mark Jeffries. He genuinely cares about the health and well-being of his patients. Dr. Jeffries is thorough and explains tests and conditions more clearly than any other doctor I have met. His extensive knowledge allows him to treat his patients effectively without referring them to specialists for conditions that can be managed by a primary care physician.
