Pros: Mark Jacula was open and very forthcoming with me. He was prepared and answered most of my questions regarding possible outcomes and my what ifs before I asked them. Also he answered all of my other questions openly and honestly. Mark showed up on time or early at the court house, was prepared, looked professional and conducted him self in the same manner, with every one in court. Mark jaccula Was very Professional And persise he went above and beyond For? My daughter's case . I would highly recommend Mark in his law firm. He's very good at what he does. And he gets effective results. So if you want a lawyer that will fight for you, this is the man.

Not enough time on his hands to take my case, wasted 3 months of my time with this lawyer firm, Melissa said she would take my case then left the law firm, then Aaron took over my case to pass it along to mark, took mark over 8 emails to reply to me and only responded once I called him unprofessional, which it is unprofessional to not respond to multiple emails and calls left, thanks for wasting my time right before my court date

As of 11 AM on Friday, November 1, 2024, there was no one available. I knocked on the front door, then moved to the back and knocked there as well. When I returned to the front, I found the door locked, even though I had previously attempted to make contact. While I appreciate your response, I believe that clearer communication would help avoid confusion. A sign indicating availability could be a simple yet effective solution.
