I took my RAV4 to this collision center to fix a small dent on the right side of the bumper. When I picked up the car, everything looked perfect and the repair seemed well done at first glance. However, when I got home, I noticed there was a foam piece in the trunk that goes inside the rear bumper. I thought maybe they had replaced it with a new part and left the old one for me to see. This place sucks!!! I recently got into an accident and I thought since this is a TOYOTA dealership that they would fix my car correctly! WRONG!!! First off when I dropped off the vehicle I told them to check my radiator and my alignment because of the smell and because of the shaking from the vehicle. 2 weeks later they called me on a Wednesday and told me, my car is going to paint and that it will be ready Friday.
