My Experience with Mark Jacobson: I had damage on my door, wheel, and rear fender. Everything was fixed well, except for some scratches on the inside door trim. They did replace that part for me later, which I appreciated. However, the repair process took quite a long time — more than a month. The customer service staff were nice, but there were a few things I still think should have been handled differently. I took my RAV4 to this collision center to fix a small dent on the right side of the bumper. When I picked up the car, everything looked perfect and the repair seemed well done at first glance. However, when I got home, I noticed there was a foam piece in the trunk that goes inside the rear bumper. I thought maybe they had replaced it with a new part and left the old one for me to see.
