My son has MAJOR dental anxiety. We started some orthodontic work with another orthodontist that said they knew how to work with kids with anxiety. That orthodontist did not know how to with with anxiety, and it was not a good experience. I called Dr Webster's office and explained the situation. They were so understanding and told me to come in and they could help us. Their patience with my son is so appreciated. Dr. Webster and his staff are awesome. They are friendly, accommodating, and provide the best of service. Dr. Webster is a true professional, I would trust him and his staff with anyone’s orthodontic care.
I messed up on the account I used to pay and it took a lot of work for the staff to help us straighten things out. Where it was my mistake, they didn’t need to help us but they really went above and beyond. Thank you so much Angela and Dr. Webster. It really meant a lot to us.
I didn’t get my braces here. My permanent retainer and removable retainer broke my teeth started to move. They were quick to get me in and get me retainers to move my teeth back and then got me another permanent retainer. Everyone in the office is very nice and the Dr is very pleasant to work worth. Would recommend anyone here. Prices are also very fair!
