First time visit and I'm in. Staff was efficient, they listened, and a comfort level was achieved instantly. I've been to another group where I feel I'm a burden due to several surgical date cancelations that were not my fault. You know the hassle of getting preop approvals where it takes 10 weeks to get into a doctor sometimes. Dr. Mark was personable and LISTENED. Addressed my every, I mean EVERY concern/questions. Orthopedic Associates in Fort Walton is the most efficient and well run medical office I have ever been to. I was there for a total of 50 minutes. In that 50 minutes they checked me in (right on time), did an initial evaluation, took 6 X-rays, reviewed the X-rays, did a Dr consult, did a cortisone injection and checked me out. In most medical offices I would have been in the exam room waiting 50 minutes before the Dr even came in. I was highly impressed with Dr Tenholder and the staff at the facility.
