The office staff at Dr Rubinetti office is TOTALLY INCOMPETENT and incapable of getting simple paperwork to my Orthopedic MD office even with 10 days time. They made me feel ashamed and embarrassed that i selected Atlantic Health and Morristown Memorial for my surrogate..which they don’t work with. Their RUDE AND BELLIGERENT staff let me in medical jeopardy two days before my surgery. I am putting in a complaint to the NJ medical board as they should NOT BE allowed to be a PCP. My late father peter has been going to Dr Rubinetti for over 30 plus years the staff and him have been wonderful and understanding. Took care of all of his problems and needs. Thank you all so much for your service.

My 24 yrar old Autistic son had stomach pain and made an appt. His insurance was accepted.. I received a bill 1 year later for $524.00!.Office visit? His insurance reneged. CAN YOU IMAGINE WHY? $524.00??? My Cardiologist Dr Lowell recommended him I see him this month...I will let him know ...
