My doctor sent a referral over to the office of Mark Hepp. I followed up by trying to call and after finally connecting with someone in person, that person was extremely rude. First of all their office hours are from 9 o’clock until 4 o’clock only. You cannot talk to anybody except for those hours. When I finally was able to get hold of someone, the person that answered, didn’t even say her name, but just said, how can I help you. He is my cardiologist and he was my Fathers. He is kind, attentive, and he listens. My Dad loved him and I do as well. I had not seen him in 5 years and he remembered my situation and my Dads. I recommend him highly.
