I just had surgery on August 8th with Dr. Heinzelmann and love this doctor very much! He treats his patients like friends. I need a checkup every five years and every time he answers questions very patiently. He is the best!

Dr. Heinzelmann took care of my mom and was awesome! I am having a medical issue and that is why I wanted to see him. His receptionist gave out medical advice and would not let me make an appointment. I was so upset and called back and asked if she had a medical degree or was a nurse. She said she was and I asked her where she went to school. After research, she may be a medical assistant or lpn, but she is not qualified to give out medical advice.
