I have never experienced this kind of treatment from the reception desk! Called several times, put me on hold for more then 11 minutes, after quite some time they hung up and even when was asking me for the birthday and name asked to put someone on hold and hung up again, called again and yelled at me “you are bothering me” the lines are busy call another time….. SHAME ON YOU
Dr. Martin Dukaj is awesome, and a wonderful addition to this practice. He takes his time, is very thorough and knowledgeable, and is also patient and kind. The staff is so efficient and kind as well. I hope I never have to go anywhere else.
