Went in to arrange a colonoscopy I informed them I had one a year ago and asked if my Medicare and secondary would cover a second colonoscopy in the same year .I was told check with your insurances and and call us back! Too much work for them I guess. I had a referral for them .I guess I’ll shop around won’t matter to me who prods around I will be under.. first Rr that checks with Medicare and Cigna gets my money.
Don’t know how much time a patient is given for an appointment. I felt a little rushed, therefore could not ask the questions I needed answers to.
