I feel the same way with not giving this practice any stars, but I had to in order to write this review. I normally don’t write reviews, but this one takes the cake. I was referred to this office after leaving my other neurologist for seizures that is from Northwestern. I arrived for my first appointment half an hour early, I was told that doctor Harris was running late. The staff was not helpful at all and very rude. I took my Mom to see Dr Harris back in June of '23 and he is wonderful! He took his time and was thoughtful and patient with her. He is very knowledgeable. We really like him and the staff is great!! Highly recommend!!

No one nevers answers the phone and I have a first new patient visit coming up.. The answering service lady is Soooooo rude and unprofessional I just hope that they Doctor and assistant aren't smh

This Review is not about the doctor. Can't deal with the poor front office staff. Left many message for them to call back to change appointment. After a week later I decided to find another Dr . Sorry Mark your a good doctor but your staff is horrible. Oh yeah finally got a call back after a week later !
