Went in for minor surgery. ( Aug 2025) Procedure was explained and able to be done quickly. Staff organized the pre testing quickly and efficiently. Pain was minimal after surgery. Back to everything within two weeks. Dr Ingram was professional and courteous. Couldn’t ask for a better experience
I had a surgery with Dr. Ingram and the doctor and staff there were amazing.
The office is disorganized. They close their phones hours before their advertised open/close times. Not only is that highly unprofessional, but it is ILLEGAL. Additionally, the surgeon is nonchalant, and does not take the proper care to do any imaging or testing before deciding to jump to surgery. They are faced with a patient in absolutely extreme anguish and tell them "Eh... sorry... we really don't know when we can do the surgery. Maybe in a few months? We'll let you know in a couple of days..." - then they never call, no... read more
I am not big fan to leave comment but with my visits ( back in October 2021) to this doctor office I would like to give zero star , all I had is just two visits, my first visit i was left waiting almost two hours , then decided to leave after I was already runing late for work and none of the front desk staff bother to let me know that the doctor had emergency visit that morning and he won't be around soon.... then they gave me another appointment the same day on the following week AND once again I was left waiting almost an... read more
