While it appears this company does efficient work, I would ask the question at what cost. I am a neighbor of a building project that Mr. Hugo's team completed and they had little regard for the new construction "grade" with respect to my existing property. Living in an extremely swampy area already, his team decided to build up the new construction at a grade higher than my current structure residing there, which will surely flood my finished garage.
