Super unprofessional, the girls up front get paid to do nothing, they never answer the phone and when they do they bullshit. Waited over 5 months for a follow up and just ended up going with a different doctor who was on top of it. From first appointment to surgery day it was a 3 week time period. Dr. Huang needs to do better and get on top of his employees. And those girls need to get a different job if they don’t like what they do.
The staff lies. I followed up on Dr Huang s insurance referral for an ultra sound and was assured they - the staff- sent it out immediately. Two weeks later I had my insurance company investigate why I hadn’t received my HMO permission and was told they ( the insurance company ) didnt receive it until 2 weeks later than I was told. So office staff lies and my medical procedure will now be delayed and I’m switching doctors to one with more responsible staff
This doctor is a miracle worker! I was on the verge of a heart attack, and now I feel like a young man with a new engine! I could not have been in better hands, and I am thankful beyond words… He is the best at what he does!
