Amazing car care! One of the few honest car shops in Jacksonville. I will only take my cars here for service. I had a myriad of engine codes, John recommended just fix one of the problem codes, and the others should go away. Saved me hundreds and brought my old 25+ year old car to life!

I had probably the most difficult issue with my truck which left us unable to drive it for almost 2 years. I called 6 different mechanics and nobody would take on the task and I was very fortunate to have the mark howard team fix my truck. I worked with John and he was super transparent the entire time and communicated to me what was going on. Nobody took advantage of me or tried to pull one over on me. His price was super fair and I’m so so grateful to have my truck back after all this time! Thank you so much!
