You called us when we got home that night just to check in because you cared about our teenager since he was so nervous….. you calmed him down in a way that only you could, making him smile the entire way. My son had a circumcision operation at this clinic with Dr. Horowitz. The bleeding started from the stitches as soon as we got home from the surgery and did not stop for 2 days. I called the clinic many times to get a consultation with the doctor and help in solving the problem. No help, no communication with the doctor. My son and our whole family have been suffering for several days. I had to stop the bleeding myself using pressure bandages to avoid another surgery and general anesthesia. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Mark Harowitz. My 9-month-old had his circumcision done with him, and from start to finish, the entire experience was truly exceptional. Dr. Harowitz was patient, gentle, and incredibly thorough. He took his time explaining every step of the procedure, answered all of our questions, and made us feel completely at ease during such an emotional moment for us as parents. Dr. Mark Horowitz is a phenomenal doctor. He did surgery on my twins at 16 months and I was so terrified as they were preemies. He reassured us the entire time, spoke with us directly after the surgery, and checked on the twins the day after. Pain was very minimal - I was very impressed! He has the best bedside manner, and is extremely kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him!
If I could give no star I would he did a terrible job on my sons circumcision and he’s gonna have to wait till he’s much older to get it redone and he’s lucky I didn’t sue him although I’m Still thinking about it
