Such a high quality level of customer service! Their team did an amazing job fixing my car, and turned it around way faster than I anticipated - meeting some fairly time sensitive request I asked for. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly. They even organized and coordinated pickup and drop off of my rental car for me, and introduced me to and coordinated a service appointment with a mechanic for something unrelated that I asked him for advice about. Truly awesome in every way possible! Highly recommend!
I stopped by Mark’s Auto Body to get my bumper pushed back in place and it was definitely worth the wait to go in. They were able to fix it super quickly. He also pointed out a little bit of damage, but nothing that would impact how the car drives or my safety. He answered all of my questions and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need - I really appreciated his honesty and transparency. Overall just a really easy, positive experience. I’d definitely recommend going here!
