I would not even give this company a zero star, They came to fix my boiler and the first look the answer was easy fix, a month lat er the answer changed to we refuse to fix the unit telling me the parts are falling appart in technition's hands you better get a new boiler his name was Sage and Gord is the owner. The unit is only 6 years old. According to the manufacturer, the unit is half term in good condition . These people do not know what they are doing. Great experience. Very professional. Great customer service. We had an issue with the install and they fixed everything right away and were very fair. Highly recommend.
TLDR: Unbelievably poor service and seemingly inexperienced techs who caused problems they then charge you to fix. they convinced us to buy a hot Water boiler system for our home (13k) and we ripped out all ducts and totally switched over. Now, unbelievably, two years in a row when we called them to do annual maintenance cleaning the system they have got air in the system and BURNED OUT THE MOTOR for our system. They caused us to lose heat, the first time, for 2 weeks with a newborn baby in December. No empathy or anything, ... read more
I found this service to be extremely expensive in pricing, and when I requested the invoice be broken down by parts and labour, the response was a moderate discount and for me to not call again for any of me heating and cooling needs.
