The team at Mark heating is amazing. We’ve had an issue with our HVAC for 5 years (that another local hvac company had told us was impossible to fix). When I called and explained it to their team they said they would send a tech over to check it out. One of their team members Sage popped by this week to try to solve the problem and within minutes had it resolved. We can’t thank him enough. Highly recommend them.
Horrible customer service. I called to book a repair over a week ago they said they would go a next day. I follow up a week later about an invoice they said I dont have it from the tech but im sure they have been there. I called today they say they are waiting for a quote.
Saved me yet again, furnace is fixed and running! Thank you!

I would not even give this company a zero star, They came to fix my boiler and the first look the answer was easy fix, a month lat er the answer changed to we refuse to fix the unit telling me the parts are falling appart in technition's hands you better get a new boiler his name was Sage and Gord is the owner. The unit is only 6 years old. According to the manufacturer, the unit is half term in good condition . These people do not know what they are doing.
