Office looks rundown and old. The Doctor walked in with a drug book and started diagnosing me based off of possible medications he could prescribe me, without taking the time to even look at me first! Then he suggested Penicillin, which if he would have took the time to read my chart said I'm allergic to. He thought I had a viral infection but gave me a RX for antibiotics. When I questioned his order he said 'oh well it might be bacterial too.' I don't know how this man has a license. Please don't go here.

Not really, I was hoping for someone with more experience Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
Office is not up to date. Doctor seems to not take care of himself, he even wears ripped coat. Wait time is very long, for a very short appointment.
I have been going to Dr. Ou for over 20 years. He's come to visit me in the hospital many times, even in the middle of the night. Very easy to make an appointment. He doesn't rush you through your appointment like most doctors, you get at least a 15 minute session where you can ask all the questions you want.
