After signing contract for his pay i found out he charged me double the normal rate. I ended up doing some of the research and work myself. .and he kept trying to talk me out of buying our house. .then i found out he was helping his friend who wanted to buy our house. Conflict of interest. .i have no clue how he became a lawyer. .sleazy and under handed and in hind sight he screwed over a few other people from our church. .eventually he left. Horrible i wouldn't give him 1 star
