My wife and I would like to express our pleasure in finding the correct rug during the past weekend tent sale. Mark and his staff were extremely patient and helpful in allowing us to view hundreds of rugs in which to choose from. Elitist Snobs. Been there twice during their rug cleaning specials. The employee's walk around with their noses so high in the air I am amazed they can find oxygen. Both times I was there I was treated like a second class citizen and I can only presume it was because I was asking about the cost of repairs and such instead of just saying fix it. I had some fraying on one rug and wanted to remove the tassel on another. they wanted over $20 a foot to remove the tassel and bind the ends. Never ever again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND T... read more
I had some of my Oriental rugs cleaned and repaired and I could not be happier! They did and outstanding job. Just as important was the way I was treated. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. It's hard to find that kind of service these days! I highly recommend Mark Gonsenhauser rugs. M. H.
