I've senn Dr Goldstein for over 20 yesrs. Great doctor but the most incompetent staff on earth! I visited in January. They submitted the bill to the wrong insurance company. Then they sent me a bill for the visit. I never got my prescribed medication after repeatedly calling them 4X and re-emailing my insurance information. They said they didn't have it?? My bill is still not resolved after 3 months and I'm in pain with NO medication! RIDICULOUS!
Dr. Goldstein is absolutely the best doctor I have ever been to. I have been seeing Dr. Goldstein for over 20 years. He takes the time to really understand what is going on and explain things with care. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate and always returns my calls. His staff is wonderful as well. I would recommend Dr. Goldstein to anyone looking for a great Rheumatologist!!!
