I called the office to schedule a consultation with dr. Mark Glasgold. I spent 15 minutes speaking to a lady named Roza, or Rose (a coordinator). She explained me a few necessary things about the process, but kept repeating one word - deposit - for 70+ times. She was interested in one thing only, if I can leave a 20% deposit right after the consultation.
