Dr g and ur staff, thx for the help. 2 days post op and feeling great. Confident ill be 100% in no time. Id recommend him to all vets. Met the man once and feel like i owe him a bottle of single malt. Although, come to think about it ... he makes A LOT more than me ... dr g, u got me on that single malt?? Lol, btw, ur thoughts on me running a 10K next weekend?? Lol just kidding. Maybe in 2 weeks!! ;)

Dr. Mark Giovanini performed an ACDF C6-C7 on me on 09/11/2017 at Cornerstone Surgicare. From the very first time I spoke to Dr. Gio, he was straight forward with me about what I needed done and why. Upon arrival at Cornerstone that morning until I left that afternoon, I was without a doubt treated with the utmost respect by the entire team. It's only 2 days after surgery at this point and I feel great. Other than swelling (which is to be expected) and some numbness in my arm (which is also to be expected) I feel 110% better than when I walked in for surgery. I would recommend Dr. Gio to anyone from family to friends to a complete stranger. Yes, I am sore but overall I feel great. The thing that many of these people don't understand that comment here is that if you don't follow your doctor's orders prior to and after surgery, you may not get the results you needed. Dr. Gio told me from the first sit down with him that if I wanted success that I had to quit smoking. So, I quit with his help almost a month and a half prior to surgery. I know it's only day 2 after surgery but, I feel confident that everything will remain good and I even feel more confident in my choice of my Neurosurgeon and facility. Special thanks to David, CST, Michelle PACU RN, and Jamie OR RN, along with everyone else that was part of my care on 9-11-2017. Great job!
