THE WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had at a Drs appt. This review is solely in regard to the office staff I dealt with today. They only see new patients on Thursday at 8am which is silly to begin with. Showed up for appt early and made appointment weeks ago. Arrived checked in and paid copay. After a few moments I am called back to the front and told they cannot see me due to negotiations with BCBS. They did this to existing patients as well. My husband changed his provider. He came to a new doctor yesterday. I accompanied him. We really liked Dr. Mark. Communication with the patient is very important. The doctor explained everything in simple human language. Everyone was kind and tried to help.
This medical office staff, providers and manager are amazing!!!
