I first saw Dr. Mark Garcia after I had s terrible experience with another physician. Dr, Garcia was willing to help me with my situation. Should you have a vacular problem I highly recommended Dr. Garcia , not only is he close to genius, he is kind and considerate, he has a way of making his patients feel important .
