Phenomenal doctor who really cares about his patients. He is dedicated and goes above and beyond to ensure you receive appropriate care, education on your condition and treatment options. He also is a great communicator! I couldn’t recommend a better caring and professional doctor! I’m so impressed and thankful we found him!
I was diagnosed with High Grade Dysplasia and several seemingly respectable hospitals told me the only thing they could do is remove my colon. Dr. Mark Lazarev was not convinced and carefully studied my case for months, doing numerous tests. Ultimately he and his colleagues at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore removed the pre-cancerous growths without surgery and left my colon in-tact. I now get an annual colonoscopy to monitor my status.
