I have been going to Dr Fritz for over 20 years; he is very thorough and will explain things, if asked. If you go to a medical doctor, you ask questions; why not an eye doctor? I love his staff and their flexibility in scheduling appointments; this is a great place to go for any eye/eyesight issues!
I do not care for this doctor. He walks in the room, barely speaks to you, more concerned with seeing when you come back for next appointment, briefly exams you, then hurries out of the room. He does not take the time to explain anything to you about your progress. You must actually ask a question and pull answers out of him. I also was not happy with his staff. Office ladies not very friendly. One old lady in particular is extremely rude. Never going back.
